If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.
The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:
Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Eiar Information Technology Network Services, Office 202, Building C, Al Saaha offices, Souk Al Bahar, Dubai – 9770, UAE.
Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
Service refers to the Website.
Website refers to MistleBlue, accessible from https://mistleblue.com/
You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
THE CUSTOMER IS ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND ONCE THEY HAVE PURCHASED THE CARD ONLY IN THE FOLLOWING CASSES:
- The customer should contact us within 48 hours of the delivery of the card with an appropriate reason. The company has every right to deny the refund if the reason not deemed necessary.
- If the company fails to provide delivery of the card for more than 3 months.
- For a return to be processed at the time of delivery if the MistleBlue card is damaged you will be eligible for a replacement. Within 48 hours a photo proof should be provided to us via email or contact us on the number provided on the website. Post the examination we shall replace the card delivered.
- If your phone does not detect the card due to NFC enablement issues on your phone – we do not take responsibility of the same. There will be no refund in such case.
- If the logo file is not provided within 7 working days we are not liable for a refund the card will be designed and delivered after the customer has sent the logo file.
